When most people think of a Vegan, they imagine some kind of weirdo who only eats lettuce and has no real life.
But with the countless health benefits and amazing substitute foods, the vegetarian and vegan lifestyles are becoming more and more popular not just amongst celebs but amongst us normal folk too.
Whether it’s to improve health, lose weight, or compassion for animals, the veggie life is fast becoming a ‘cool thing’.
