Heat up fresh whole milk until nice and warm (cosy enough to dip your feet in) and then top up water and your choice of essential oils (lavender, jasmine and vanilla ensure an indulgent relaxing experience). Give your hair a real boost with this simple mask. Mix together the yolk of an egg with four tablespoons of olive oil.
